SHIPPING
All shipments will be confirmed through IKP’s e-mail serviceand will include a tracking number. If you do not receive an e-mailconfirmation within 2 business days, please contact IKP to verify orderconfirmation.
Orders submitted by 3:00pm MST will be shipped same day.
Orders submitted after 3:00pm MST will be shipped thefollowing business day.
Transit times do not include the pick up day. i.e., an order placedon Monday with a 3 day transit point will be received on Thursday.
Please note: UPS transit times are guaranteed pending normalweather/road conditions. If your shipment was delayed, please track yourpackage using your tracking number provided on your confirmation e-mail.

RETURNS
All returns must be approved prior to shipping.
All returns must include a copy of the original invoice, andmust be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
DAMAGED / UNWANTED MERCHANDISE
If merchandise was received incorrectly or damaged,IKP must be notified within 3 business days. Failure to notify IKP within thistime frame may be the result of irreplaceable product.
